It is with this that the Black Hand declares a state of WAR with the Trader's Consortium. Some of our reasons are:
- Interfering with Black Hand internal affairs by calling for the resignation of a member, thus threatening our sovereignty.
- Engaging in armed conflict with a Black Hand member over a trivial dispute.
We engage in this war in hopes of crushing threats to our sovereignty and removing a continued threat to our members.
