The Black Hand, they are recruiting and are way more awesome then the TC out members are widespread in their skills, and work as a group to teach others, Megatron the leader of tBH leads the members with pride and a destination, which several members help organize his ideology. tBH accepts any new player willing to learn because everyone was a new player at some point, so why not pass on the knowledge.
