Guild and Diplomat Listing

As the game grows and the number of guilds grows it will be important to have good diplomatic contacts for each. I will list the known guilds below and who their Diplomatic contact is. If you need to add a guild to the list or change who the diplomatic contact is, please post below and I will edit this post. Thank you all for your cooperation.

Doh! I don't know why I didnt update this before but I still had Vizion listed as the diplomat for QSC. I have replaced him after his departure from the game.
