It could be a bug that is only affecting you for some reason. If you are right though, and for some reason you are being prevented from accessing it, it would be good for someone to give you an explanation for it. Maybe a nice message to Sir P by e-mail or in game will help you find things out. Of course, today the server was down for a bit...it could be that he knows about the issues and is doing maintenance as we speak. Maybe when it is back up (if it isn't already, I haven't checked in a little while) you will have access again. A lot of ifs, I know, but unfortunately I don't know...maybe someone else will see this and post something more concrete.
