I was finally able to log in (re-registered with a different nickname, since I was never able to use the original I don't think this is breaking the rules). My tutorial started at chapter 9 so I clicked "restart tutorial," and then the game logged me out. I am now unable to log in to the game. It gets stuck at "Processing login request." This is the case for both the game client and the chat client. I have tried reinstalling the client but it didn't work. I should mention that between restarting the tutorial and trying to log back in, I went to bed since it was late, so waiting a while doesn't seem like it will solve the problem either.
