I encountered 3 empires in the first few days of playing and these empires duly appeared on my diplomacy screen. However, I have met 3 more empires since then - with both military and SEng - yet the diplomacy screen wont update and let me interact with these empires. Is this a known bug or have I forgotten an essential step like a muppet?
